Privacy policy

What we collect. Your email address, company name, alert preferences, the documents you upload, and payment records (card details are handled by Paystack and never reach us).

Why. To send you tender alerts and document expiry warnings, check your bid readiness, and bill your subscription. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone except the service providers we need to run Tender Sorted (hosting, email delivery, Paystack).

Where it's stored. Our database and file storage providers run servers outside South Africa (in Europe or the United States). They are bound by contract to keep your information secure and confidential, as POPIA requires for cross-border transfers.

Your documents. Stored privately and only downloadable by you. Delete any document at any time from your vault; deleting your account deletes all of them.

Tender data. Republished from National Treasury's eTenders portal. We don't store or republish the personal contact details of procurement officials.

Your rights. Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or complain to the Information Regulator. Contact us to make a request.
