Terms of service

The service. Tender Sorted shows government tenders published on National Treasury's eTenders portal, sends alerts, stores documents you upload and checks them against standard tender requirements.

No guarantee of accuracy or outcome. Tender data is republished from eTenders as is and may be incomplete, late or wrong. Our readiness checks are a checklist of common requirements, not legal or procurement advice. You remain responsible for reading the official tender documents and meeting every requirement. We don't guarantee that you will win any tender or that a bid will be accepted.

Subscriptions. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel from your billing page and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Prepaid plans cover the period stated at purchase and are not refundable after 30 days.

Money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full.

Your documents. You own what you upload. You confirm you're allowed to upload it. We use it only to provide the service.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before a claim.
