Tender documents containing the Conditions of Tender will be available from the Cashier, Musina Civic Centre, 21 Irwin Street, as from Friday, 02 October 2026, upon a non-refundable fee of R 1045.09, during office hours (Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 15:00pm) OR can alternatively be downloaded for free from e-Tender Publication Portal (www.etenders.gov.za) or on Musina Municipality website (www.musina.gov.za) 2. Bidders should meet all the requirements in the bid document 3. All Responsive Bids will be evaluated on the 80/20 Preference Points System as prescribed by the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2022.

- CSD registration report (MAAA number). Government can't award to suppliers missing from the Central Supplier Database.
- SARS tax compliance status PIN. A non-compliant tax status usually disqualifies the bid.
- B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit. Without it you score zero preference points. An affidavit with mismatched dates is invalid.
- COIDA letter of good standing. Required for most government work and construction sites.
- CIPC company registration (CoR 14.3). Proves the company exists and who its directors are.
- Bank confirmation letter. Many tenders ask for one dated within the last 3 months.
- Municipal rates clearance or lease. Often required to show municipal accounts are not in arrears.
