- • CIDB Grading 03EP or higher • Certified copy of a valid ORHVS certificate, with modules 1 to 10 or HVO-level 04. • A certified copy of a valid wireman’s license (three phase/master installer). • A letter/ certificate as proof of being registered with the department of labour as an electrical contractor with IE or ME (installation or master electrician) number.
