- Safe gas-handling certification for working with refrigerants from an accredited training facility. One of the employees to be certified in terms of the safe gas-handling certification. Valid trade certificates for technicians as prescribed by SARACCA (South African Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Contractors Association) and SAQCC Gas. The minimum requirement is that the company or personnel in full-time employment have 2 years or more experience in terms of the installation, repair and service of air conditioners. The bidder to complete the schedule of experience.
